1. Who is responsible

Branddirr (operated from Bangladesh) is responsible for personal data collected through this website and for client information we receive in the course of delivering services.

2. What we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Contact and form data — name, email, website URL, challenge description, budget range, and similar fields you submit on audit or resource forms.
• Email for downloads — if you request a checklist or similar resource.

Lead and form submissions are kept as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business records, then deleted or archived when no longer useful. Client project files follow the project agreement and practical retention needs. Server logs are kept for a shorter operational window.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data, or to withdraw consent. Email hey@branddirr.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify the request. Some rights have legal limits.

You can also stop marketing emails by using any unsubscribe link we provide, or by emailing us.

9. Children

This site is aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate for a small agency site. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Significant changes may also be noted on the site or by email when appropriate.
