1. Who we are

Branddirr is an independent marketing and web agency operated from Bangladesh. We primarily serve clients in the United States and elsewhere who hire us for answer-engine optimization (AEO), websites, and related growth work.

2. Using this website

You may browse this site for information about our services. Do not misuse the site — for example by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, submit spam, or access non-public systems.

Content on the site (copy, design, demos, and materials we publish) belongs to Branddirr or its licensors. You may not copy it for commercial reuse without permission.

3. Free audit and lead forms

Submitting a free diagnosis request or downloading a resource does not create a paid engagement. We may decline or delay responses. Any follow-on work starts only when both sides agree in writing (email is fine) on scope, price, and timing.

4. Paid services

Pricing pages show starting ranges, not binding quotes. A project begins when we confirm scope and you accept the fee and payment terms we send you. Deliverables, timelines, and revision limits are those we agree in that confirmation — not marketing blurbs on the website.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing: (a) invoices are due as stated on the invoice; (b) unpaid work may be paused; (c) you own final deliverables we transfer after full payment; (d) we may keep working files, methods, and reusable frameworks.

Results in search, AI answers, traffic, or revenue depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee rankings, citations, leads, or sales.

5. Independence from other products

Branddirr may appear on shelves or directories operated by other projects (for example BoiChakra / Aborton). Those listings are discovery links only. Branddirr remains an independent service: accounts, billing, support, terms, and privacy for Branddirr are ours — not those of the linking site.

6. Third-party tools and links

We may use or recommend third-party tools (hosting, analytics, email, automation). Their terms apply to your use of those tools. Outbound links are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Branddirr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or from services, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the three months before the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, we prefer to resolve it first by email. Courts in Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms for website use. For active paid projects, material changes apply only if we notify you and you agree, or as required by law.
